About this service
Our As-Built Plans service is available in most major metro areas nationwide for both residential and commercial properties up to 10,000 sq ft. If you need As-Built plans for a structure larger than 10,000 sq ft, please use the form below to request a custom quote.
At checkout, please select the date and time for the on-site scanning/measurement appointment. Please make sure to provide an accurate job site address and contact person information.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:
- Requests made more than 72 hours before the appointment - no charge.
- Requests made between 72 and 24 hours before the appointment - $350 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment - $500 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Depending on the size of the property, please reserve 2 to 4 hours for proper scanning. Ensure that the entire property or structure is accessible, uncluttered, and safe for scanning. Note that scanning and measurements will be completed only for accessible parts of the structure.
The CAD files will be drafted according to ISO 13567, the international CAD layer standard.
Please note that As-Built Plans are not a replacement for an Architectural Survey. Our plans illustrate the main elements of the existing structure essential for further design and construction (such as walls, openings, etc.), but they do not document interior features or small details.
