Once the Concept Design is approved, our team coordinates preparation of the Permitting Set, ready to be submitted for plan review and permitting.
Plan Review & Permitting
With the Construction Documents ready, your plans are submitted to the local building department for review. We address any plan review comments that fall within the original design scope at no extra cost. For a fully hands-off experience, our Permitting Agent add-on lets us act as your representative — submitting plans and communicating directly with the building department on your behalf.
Construction Support
Getting a permit isn't the finish line — it's just the beginning. As your designer and engineer of record, we stay involved throughout construction, supporting your contractor with any questions about the plans.
