Site Analysis & Due Diligence
We kick things off with a 3D scan of your existing home to create a digital twin of the space. This minimizes return site visits and gives your entire team — designers, engineers, and contractors — a shared, accurate reference.
Design Kick-Off
Next, we'll meet to understand your goals, preferences, and priorities — whether it's modernizing the kitchen, opening up the floor plan, or improving overall flow. This session helps us align on vision and plan the right approach.
Concept Design Development
We get to work on the first round of your Concept Design. You'll have the chance to review, comment, and collaborate as we refine each version until the layout works just right for your lifestyle.
Permitting Set of Plans
Once the concept is approved, our team coordinates the preparation of a full set of permit-ready plans, ready to be submitted for plan review and permitting.
Plan Review & Permitting
With your permit-ready plans complete, they are submitted to the local building department for review. We address any plan review comments within the original design scope at no extra cost. For a fully hands-off experience, our Permitting Agent add-on lets us act as your representative — submitting plans and communicating directly with the building department on your behalf.
Construction Support
Once your permit is issued, we continue supporting your contractor with any design clarifications or adjustments needed in the field. Our goal is to ensure your remodel is built according to plan — with no surprises.
